Convention judiciaire d’intérêt public conclue entre le procureur de la République financier près le tribunal judiciaire de Paris et la société JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, 26 août 2021.
On 26 August 2021, JPMorgan signed a “public interest judicial agreement” with the financial public prosecutor, under which the bank agreed to pay a €25 million fine in exchange for dropping the charges for complicity in tax fraud in the frame of the Wendel affair. The underlying Wendel case is still pending both for tax and criminal aspects.
