Maude joined Arsene in 2021 as an associate after an apprenticeship in several French-German law firms in Paris. Alongside with her law degree she studied languages (English and German).
She regularly advises on tax aspects of large companies’ transactions in an international context, and in the context of audits and litigation in France. To that extent, she assists companies or individuals who wishes to set up in France or who have questions about their tax obligations. She is also competent to assist German business executives and individuals in their tax residence and tax return issues.
She also participates in the writing and publication of German and French articles in various tax journals.
